   Inserted: Sec. 5xx. The amounts otherwise provided by this Act are revised by increasing the amount made available for "Child Survival and Health Programs Fund" for programs for the prevention, treatment, control of, and research on tuberculosis, as authorized by section 104B of the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961 (22 U.S.C. 2151b-3), by reducing the amount made available for "Operating Expenses of the United States Agency for International Development", and by reducing the amount made available for "Contribution to the Asian Development Fund", by $10,000,000, $5,000,000, and $5,000,000, respectively.
