   Inserted: Section 7407(c) of the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004 (Public Law 108-458; 118 Stat. 3853) is amended by striking "2005, there is authorized up to $6,000,000" and inserting "2005 or 2006, there is authorized up to $6,000,000 for each such fiscal year".
