Mr. DODD (for himself and Mr. DeWine) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 5441, making appropriations for the Department of Homeland Security for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2007, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 65, line 22, strike ``$90,122,000'' and insert ``$82,545,000''. On page 66, line 5, strike ``$166,456,000'' and insert ``$144,003,000''. On page 94, line 17, strike ``$655,000,000'' and insert ``$685,000,000''. On page 94, line 17, strike ``$540,000,000'' and insert ``$555,000,000''. One page 94, line 19, strike ``$115,000,000'' and insert ``$130,000,000''. ______
