SA 725. Mr. SANTORUM (for himself and Mr. Specter) submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 605 proposed by Mr. Inhofe to the bill H.R. 3, to authorize funds for Federal-aid highways, highway safety programs, and transit programs, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 410, between lines 7 and 8, insert the following: SEC. 1830. PRIORITY PROJECTS. Section 1602 of the Transportation Equity Act for the 21st Century (112 Stat. 306) is amended in item 1349 of the table contained in that section by inserting ``, and improvements to streets and roads providing access to,'' after ``along''. ______
