Mr. McCAIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by him to the bill H.R. 2996, making appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 135, line 2, insert before the period at the end the following: ``: Provided, That none of the funds made available under this Act may be used for the Des Moines Art Center in the State of Iowa''. ______
