SA 2752. Mr. JOHANNS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 2730 proposed by Mr. Johnson (for himself and Mrs. Hutchison) to the bill H.R. 3082, making appropriations for military construction, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 60, after line 24, insert the following: Sec. 6__. None of the funds made available under this Act may be distributed to the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now (ACORN) or its subsidiaries. ______
