SA 3406. Mr. BAUCUS submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3336 proposed by Mr. Baucus to the bill 4213, to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1986 to extend certain expiring provisions, and for other purposes; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: On page 91, line 13, strike ``$354,000,000'' and insert ``$560,000,000''. On page 92, line 19, strike ``February'' and insert ``March''. On page 92, after line 20, add the following: (3) Effective date for loan guarantees.--The amendment made by paragraph (2) shall take effect on February 27, 2010. ______
