SA 3497. Mr. CARDIN submitted an amendment intended to be proposed to amendment SA 3452 proposed by Mr. Rockefeller to the bill H.R. 1586, to impose an additional tax on bonuses received from certain TARP recipients; which was ordered to lie on the table; as follows: Strike section 412 and insert the following: SEC. 412. EXTENSION OF FINAL ORDER ESTABLISHING MILEAGE ADJUSTMENT ELIGIBILITY. Section 409(d) of the Vision 100--Century of Aviation Reauthorization Act (49 U.S.C. 41731 note) is amended by striking ``September 30, 2010.'' and inserting ``September 30, 2013.''. ______
