Inserted: (a) Reauthorization.--Section 313 of the DC School Choice Incentive Act of 2003 (title III of division C of Public Law 108-199, 118 Stat. 134) is amended by striking "fiscal year 2004 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years" and inserting "fiscal year 2010".
Inserted: (b) Severability.--Notwithstanding section 7, if any provision of this Act (other than this section), any amendment made by this Act (other than by this section), or the application of such provision or amendment to any person or circumstance is held to be unconstitutional, this section, the amendment made by this section, and the application of such to any person or circumstance shall not be affected thereby.

(a) Reauthorization.--Section 313 of the DC School Choice Incentive Act of 2003 (title III of division C of Public Law 108-199, 118 Stat. 134) is amended by striking “fiscal year 2004 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the 4 succeeding fiscal years” and inserting “fiscal year 2010”.
