To amend the findings.

SA 1311. Mr. RUBIO submitted an amendment intended to be proposed by
him to the joint resolution S.J. Res. 68, to direct the removal of
United States Armed Forces from hostilities against the Islamic
Republic of Iran that have not been authorized by Congress; which was
referred to the Committee on Foreign Relations; as follows:

At the end of section 1, add the following:
(9) On the advice of his national security and intelligence
advisors, President Donald J. Trump took decisive action in
ordering the strike on January 2, 2020, that killed Qasem
Soleimani.
