This House resolution clears the way for the House to consider three separate bills—H.R. 772 (restaurant disclosure rules), H.R. 1153 (clarifying mortgage points and fees), and H.R. 4771 (raising the asset threshold for small bank holding companies). It waives points of order, sets limited debate time, and allows a motion to recommit for each bill. The resolution also waives a two‑thirds vote requirement for a Rules Committee report and lets the Speaker entertain motions to suspend the rules on the specified legislative days.
