Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor Barry E. Boyer, a remarkable Navy and Vietnam War veteran and long-time resident of Marion, Indiana. His life is defined by his patriotism and service to both our community and nation.

At just nineteen years old, Mr. Boyer enlisted in the United States Navy on July 5th of 1966. His service took him to the Great Lakes Naval Station where he completed nine weeks of basic training. Mr. Boyer was then assigned to the USS Pickaway (APA 222) and began his four-year tour of duty around Southeast Asia.

Following his promotion to Second Class Petty Officer, Mr. Boyer received orders to serve as a replacement for one of the twenty-five US Navy personnel that heroically lost their lives aboard the USS Westchester County (LST-1167). The ship was anchored in the Saigon River Basin in Vietnam, when Viet Cong frogman placed deadly mines on the ship's hull. The explosions marked the single greatest loss of Navy personnel during the Vietnam War.

Mr. Boyer spent his final sixteen months on two tours of duty in and out of enemy waters in South Vietnam. He served with the US Navy until March 13th of 1970, carrying the memory and honor of those that sacrificed their lives. Following his honorable discharge, Mr. Boyer returned to Marion, Indiana. He went on to serve at the United States Postal Service, continuing his passion for public service.

It was in Marion that Mr. Boyer met Reta Painter Boyer of Fairmount, Indiana, and married her. Together, they have raised two daughters, Jennifer and Janelle, and built their family based on the ideals of both faith and service. Mr. Boyer retired from the United States Post Office in 2003, after years of dedicated service. As described by his loved ones, Mr. Boyer has continued to be a patriot and humble servant of the Lord.

On behalf of Indiana's 5th District, I commend Mr. Boyer for his courage and commitment to others. His contributions reflect true American patriotism.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life of Peter Bauer Dunbar, a dedicated American, accomplished aviator, and distinguished veteran whose extraordinary service and devotion to family reflect the finest traditions of our Nation.

Born on January 29, 1936, at Epworth Memorial Hospital in South Bend, Indiana, to Irma and Willard Parker Dunbar, Sr., Mr. Dunbar spent his early years on the family farm near Crawfordsville, where he and his brothers, Willard and Samuel, worked daily caring for livestock and supporting the operations that sustained the family during and after the Great Depression.

After graduating from Crawfordsville High School in 1954, he earned a Naval Reserve Officers' Training Corps scholarship to Harvard College, where he excelled academically and in leadership. He ultimately served as Battalion Commander of the Harvard NROTC unit. His summers included active-duty assignments aboard the USS Albany, USS Purdy, and at training sites in Virginia and Texas.

Mr. Dunbar graduated in 1958 with a Bachelor of Arts in Engineering and Applied Physics and immediately entered night training, where he further distinguished himself through rigorous instruction at Naval Air Station (NAS) Pensacola and NAS Corpus Christi. In 1960, he was assigned to Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron One (VQ-1) in Japan. He served four years in highly classified operations as a pilot and navigator of the Airborne Radar Surveillance and Intelligence Plane (EC-121M), conducting missions across Asia and the Western Pacific, including involvement in Operation Dominic. His leadership culminated in his role as an Electronic Warfare Aircraft Commander.

After transferring to the Naval Reserve in 1964, Mr. Dunbar pursued graduate studies at Purdue University, where he earned his Master of Science in Industrial Administration as a Krannert Scholar. He continued to fly for the Navy Reserve, piloting the Douglas C-54 and C- 118 aircrafts at Naval Air Station Glenview and Alameda, demonstrating ongoing commitment to military readiness and service.

On October 4, 1965, he began a new chapter as a pilot and navigator for Pan American World Airways, flying the Boeing 707 and teaching navigation to new aviators. Throughout the Vietnam War, he completed more than 400 transits into Vietnam, transporting troops, equipment, mail, and supplies. He later qualified on the Boeing 747, quickly rising to the position of Training Captain.

On February 7, 1966, Mr. Dunbar married Tomoko Furukawa at the U.S. Embassy in Tokyo. This marked the beginning of a life of partnership that brought them one daughter, Cynthia. The family later settled in Carmel, Indiana, after many years in California. In 1986, following the transfer of Pan Am's Pacific operations to United Airlines, he continued flying for another decade, mastering the 727, 757, 767, and serving for several years as a 747 Captain.

Mr. Dunbar completed six years of active-duty Navy service, followed by three years in the Ready Reserve and five years in the Standby Reserve, ultimately achieving the rank of Lieutenant Commander. His exemplary service earned him a place on the retired list, marking the culmination of a life defined by dedication, skill, and honor.

Mr. Speaker, the life of Peter Bauer Dunbar stands as a remarkable testament to courage, excellence, and steadfast commitment to his country, his family, and the values that have long guided generations of Americans.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life of Samuel Dykes Dunbar, Sr., a devoted Hoosier, veteran, engineer, and servant- leader whose 93 years of life exemplified duty, character, and love of country.

Born on September 17, 1931, in South Bend, Indiana, to Irma Claire Dykes Dunbar and Willard Parker Dunbar, Sr., he grew up surrounded by the values of hard work and family. He spent his youth on Dunbar Farms in Crawfordsville and proudly graduating from Culver Summer Schools' Woodcraft Camp before completing high school in 1949.

At just seventeen, Mr. Dunbar began his military service as a Private in the Service Battery of the Indiana National Guard, later enlisting in the United States Air Force in 1950, where he served honorably as a Radar Systems Specialist in the only F-86 Sabre jet unit stationed in England. Mr. Dunbar forged lifelong friendships during his deployments in Europe and Africa.

Following more than five years of active duty, he returned home to Indiana to complete his Electrical Engineering degree at Purdue University. He subsequently joined the Air National Guard as an Air Electronics Officer and dedicated over thirty years to service in Group, Wing, and State Staff roles, retiring with the rank of Colonel in 1987.

Throughout his distinguished military career, Mr. Dunbar earned numerous honors, including the Air Force Legion of Merit, the Distinguished Service Medal, the Sagamore of the Wabash, and recognition as a Kentucky Colonel. These honors reflect Mr. Dunbar's lifetime of exceptional leadership and commitment to the Nation.

On September 7, 1957, he married Barbara Ann Nadeo, and together they raised four children: Theresa, Samuel, Jr., Claire, and Mary. Simultaneously he continued his education, earning an MBA from Auburn University in addition to completing both Air Command and Staff College and Air War College in 1970.

Beyond military service, he built a respected civilian career in the defense and engineering sectors across several states. Mr. Dunbar then returned to Indiana, where he served as a professional engineer at Esterline Angus and later at Mallory Controls. One of his most significant contributions include serving as President of the Indiana Chapter of the Society of American Value Engineers.

Mr. Dunbar passed away on November 15, 2024, at Hoosier Village in Zionsville, Indiana. He left behind a legacy defined by integrity, service, and deep devotion to his family, his state, and the United States of America.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor Dr. Betty Louise Harrah of Delaware County, a Navy veteran and long-term Ball State University official, who celebrated her 100th birthday in March 2026. Born in Bloomington, Indiana, she was the only daughter of Herbert and Elsie Harrah and the second oldest of four children. After moving to Bloomfield at the age of two, she graduated from Bloomfield High School in 1944.

Harrah attended Indiana University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in government, and later pursued graduate study at Washington State University on a fellowship, working in the university's residence halls. She ultimately returned to Indiana University and completed her doctorate in 1969.

While at Washington State, Harrah applied for a Navy commission and entered service in 1951 as an Ensign. She served our Nation with distinction for 35 years, retiring in 1986 at the rank of Commander, a groundbreaking achievement for that era. During her service, she trained in locations such as Newport, Rhode Island and Seattle, Washington. She often reflects that the travel and lessons in working with people were among the most formative parts of her career.

Following her military service and completion of her doctorate, Harrah returned to Indiana and joined Ball State University, where she served as director of residence hall personnel until her retirement in 1986.

In retirement, Harrah remained in Muncie and has lived at Westminster Village Nursing Home since 2002. She continues to stay active through puzzles and computer games. Those who know her describe her as remarkably tech-savvy even today. Family has always remained central in her life. Though her brothers have passed on, she maintains close relationships with her nieces and nephews, who speak of her with deep admiration and gratitude for the example she has set.

Mr. Speaker, on behalf of the people of Indiana's 5th District, I express profound appreciation to Dr. Betty Louise Harrah for her lifetime of service both in uniform and in higher education. Her dedication, leadership, and integrity have left a lasting impact on all who have known her.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life of Willard Parker Dunbar, born on December 27, 1929, in South Bend, Indiana, to Irma and Willard Parker Dunbar, Sr., whose remarkable 96 years reflect devotion to family, distinguished military service, and an enduring commitment to aviation.

From an early age, Mr. Dunbar was shaped by the values of hard work and perseverance. He first started as a student at Indiana's historic Culver Military Academy where multiple generations of the Dunbar family would study and later on the family farm near Crawfordsville. It was here he helped tend corn, soybean fields, and a Holstein dairy herd while nurturing his lifelong dream of becoming a pilot.

Following his graduation from high school, he pursued higher education at Wabash College and Purdue University, all while serving in the Indiana National Guard. He then earned a commission in the United States Air Force Aviation Cadet Program in 1950 and began intensive flight training that would later define his career.

Mr. Dunbar trained on the T-6 Texan, the F-5 ID Mustang, and later transitioned to America's emerging jet aircraft. He mastered the T-33 and F-80 before completing advanced combat crew training at Nellis Air Force Base and qualifying in the F-86A Sabre, the premier fighter aircraft of its era.

His courage and skill were demonstrated during his service with the 4th Fighter Wing, 336th Fighter Interceptor Squadron. Mr. Dunbar flew 100 combat missions over Korea between May and October of 1952, engaging hostile MiG-15 aircraft and earning a confirmed damage victory along with the United States Air Force Bronze Star at only 21 years of age.

Upon returning home, Mr. Dunbar continued to serve his Nation as an instructor at Tyndall Air Force Base, teaching aerial gunnery and all- weather interception. He went on to serve in the Indiana Air National Guard while completing his Bachelor of Science in Aviation Transportation at Purdue University.

Between 1956 and 1964, he served as an Air Guard officer and worked as a farmer after the passing of his father. As an Air Guard Officer, he flew the F-84F aircraft for the Indiana Air National Guard before retiring with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel.

On March 15, 1961, he married Joan Peabody, a flight attendant with Lake Central Airlines, and together they raised three children, Willard, III, Valerie, and Bryant. He continued his aviation career as a commercial airline pilot for American Airlines from 1965 until his retirement in 1989.

After many years in Northbrook, Illinois, Mr. and Mrs. Dunbar eventually returned to Indiana, where they continue to reside in Zionsville. His lifetime has been defined by service, discipline, and devotion to those he loved, while Mrs. Dunbar is remembered with great affection following her passing in 2014.

Mr. Speaker, the life of Willard Parker Dunbar stands as an example of integrity, patriotism, and excellence. His contributions to aviation, military service, and family endure as a meaningful legacy for future generations.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize the life and legacy of John Michael Osbourne, known around the world as Ozzy Osbourne. The legendary front man of Black Sabbath and a towering figure in the history of rock and heavy metal.

Ozzy came from very humble beginnings. Raised by parents who were both factory workers, he rose from modest circumstances to become one of the most influential artists of all time, a true working-class hero whose success never erased his authenticity or connection to ordinary people.

With landmark albums like Paranoid, Master of Reality, and Black Sabbath Vol. 4, Black Sabbath forged a powerful new genre, one that captured the emotions and energy of a changing world. After his time with Black Sabbath, Ozzy embarked on a legendary solo career. His debut album, Blizzard of Ozz, introduced the world to a new chapter of his artistry, with hits like ``Crazy Train'' and ``Mr. Crowley'' becoming instant classics.

Ozzy Osbourne sold over 120 million albums combined from his solo career and as a member of Black Sabbath. He has been honored with numerous accolades, including inductions into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, both as a member of Black Sabbath and as a solo performer, as well as five Grammy Awards and numerous lifetime achievement recognitions.

One of Ozzy's biggest successes was Ozzfest, a festival created by his wife and manager, Sharon, with help from his son Jack, which became an instant hit with metal fans and helped elevate emerging bands. That same family bond was later shared with millions through the groundbreaking MTV reality series The Osbournes, which introduced a new generation to Ozzy and offered an unfiltered look at the warmth, humor, and love that defined their home.

Ozzy's influence was extraordinary, but his life and career were shaped alongside Sharon, whom he met in 1970. What began as a professional relationship became a lifelong partnership through which they built a loving family together.

Though he was born in England, Ozzy lived more than half of his life in America and truly loved this country. He became an icon deeply woven into the fabric of American music culture and a great ambassador around the world for our Nation, embodying the same defiant, freedom-loving spirit that defines America itself. As one of the original architects of heavy metal, he helped forge a sound that would influence generations of musicians and fans alike.

Today we say, ``no more tears,'' for Ozzy Osbourne lived life without restraint. His voice and memory live on as an enduring symbol of the rebellious independence, creative freedom, and unapologetic individuality at the heart of the American spirit.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life of Corporal Blake Reynolds, a devoted law enforcement officer of the Delaware County Sheriff's Office who lost his life in the line of duty on November 12, 2025. Blake's life was marked by faith, joy, and a deep love for the ordinary moments that quietly shape a meaningful life. He met his wife, Allison, online in their late twenties, though they later realized their paths had likely crossed many times before, including swim lessons as children. With more near misses than they could count, they came to see their story as one written by God's perfect timing, bringing them together when both were ready to build a life rooted in faith, laughter, and purpose.

Blake carried a playful spirit that made him instantly recognizable to those who knew him. He loved stories where good stands firm against evil, especially Batman and Star Wars--a love he lived out fully, whether by dressing as Batman for a child's birthday party or proudly hanging wife-approved Star Wars artwork in their home. He was goofy and ornery in equal measure, quick to laugh at the world around him, but most often at himself. His humor was never careless; it was generous, grounding, and deeply human.

Outside of his service, Blake found joy in simple, shared pleasures: loud '80s rock music, ice cream straight out of the container, long game nights with friends, and dreaming aloud about a backyard firepit and outdoor kitchen: a place where his wife could host and he could create warmth, both literally and figuratively. He was also a devoted ``cat dad'' to Nightwing, his black, dog-like cat who followed him faithfully and reflected Blake's gentle, attentive nature.

These personal joys were not separate from Blake's public service, but foundational to it. His faith, steadiness, and love for people shaped the way he served his community: quietly, consistently, and without expectation of recognition. Those same qualities were first nurtured by his loving family--his parents, Bruce and Melissa Reynolds, and his brother, Dustin--whose support and guidance helped form the character and compassion that defined Blake's life.

Long before the public knew his name, Blake Reynolds lived as a hero through faithful service, offering his life day by day to the people he was called to protect. We are deeply grateful for his dedicated service to Indiana's 5th Congressional District and the lasting impact he made on our community.

Mr. Chairman, this amendment is very simple: Does Congress really care about American farmers and consumers, or about Big Ag screwing them on the farms and in the grocery stores?

Does Congress really care about affordability, or is it just lip service during an election year?

All this bill does is exempt large tractors and combines from unreasonable Clean Air Act emission standards, standards we already waived for military equipment in the name of national security. Is not food security just as much as national security?

Really, Mr. Chair, how much damage to the environment is a combine going to do in 2 weeks in the field?

These emission standards, however, are doing real damage to family farms and grocery prices. They make equipment extremely costly, prone to breakdowns, and less reliable, causing delays, fires, and higher prices for consumers.

Ask any farmer about DEF, diesel exhaust fluid, and you will hear it: Farm equipment and input costs have increased 30 to 100 percent in just 5 years. Farmers are struggling to survive, and consumers are struggling to afford groceries.

These regulations only benefit large manufacturers like John Deere, controlled by billionaires like Bill Gates and BlackRock CEO, Larry Fink. You will hear a lot of BS arguments about the environment, but this has nothing to do with it. It is all about benefiting Wall Street and billionaire donors while screwing farmers and consumers.

Is it not interesting that John Deere runs two production lines, one to screw American farmers under heavy regulations and one for Brazilian farmers with no emission standards? How is an American farmer supposed to compete with that? No one seems to care about those same exempt tractors being used in Brazil or the rainforest, the lungs of the planet, being destroyed.

Democrats destroyed American mining and manufacturing, and now we appease China. Now they want to do the same to American farming, leaving us begging Brazil to feed us; Brazil, which has teamed up with Russia and China to take us down.

I know that Big Ag lobbyists are working hard through congressional staff, which many of my colleagues unfortunately are controlled by, to defeat this amendment.

These staffers have never held a real job. They are not going to be sweating fixing combines, getting covered with diesel fuel, grease, and chemicals, losing family farms, or struggling to put food on the table. They will be eating steak dinners at fancy restaurants in D.C. and trying to figure out how they can sell out our country to big money so they can get a million-dollar paycheck at the age of 30.

If my colleagues truly care about affordability, not Wall Street donors, I urge them to support this commonsense amendment. I reserve the balance of my time.

Mr. Chair, may I inquire how much time I have remaining.

Mr. Chair, it is very interesting. If my colleague from the other side would actually spend some time in Minnesota with farmers, I think she would have a different perspective.

Actually, as a generational farmer, my family came from Minnesota, and now I am in Indiana. If she would have spent a little bit of time actually talking to real farmers instead of trying to raise the price of commodities that a lot of working families will be paying for, she would start worrying about input costs and what it is doing to our prices and how family farms are going bankrupt, and if we continue on this path, we will have no farmers.

It is very ironic that we allow Brazil, on top of everything else, to actually buy combines and tractors with none of these standards. It is really sad for me to see what this institution has become. I came from a very terrible country with Communist corruption, and to see how reckless, how heartless we became and how we don't really care about real people on the ground and hardworking farmers, hardworking Americans that are trying to make ends meet and trying to just increase prices from everyone and getting out of the business because they know if they create oligopolies in farming and farmers are going to lose their farms, they are going to control them, they are going to drag them to this committee, and they are going to be puppets to the government. If that is what they want, that is the country I grew up in.

I hope we have some people in this institution who still care about real people on the ground, not big donors, not BS presentations, and all of these Wall Street funds like BlackRock that make a ton of money on that. I reserve the balance of my time.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life and legacy of Sam Paredes, who spent more than four decades of his life advancing the cause of liberty and defending the Second Amendment.

Sam Paredes dedicated his life to Gun Owners of California, serving as Executive Director since 1998. A tireless defender of the Second Amendment, Sam was also a member of the Board of Directors and Secretary/Treasurer of Gun Owners of America and Gun Owners Foundation, where he served as a national spokesman and trusted voice for freedom.

Under Sam's leadership, Gun Owners of California became a relentless force in protecting and preserving the rights of law-abiding citizens in California. Sam testified in hundreds of legislative committee hearings and advocated fearlessly before the California Fish and Game Commission, the Department of Fish and Wildlife, and the Department of Justice. His work was marked by conviction, courage, and an unwavering belief that constitutional rights are God-given and non-negotiable.

Sam's expertise was sought after by virtually every California news outlet, as well as national and international media such as Fox News, ABC World News Tonight, the Wall Street Journal, New York Times, Washington Post, Univision, Telemundo, BBC, and many others. He was a frequent guest on podcasts and radio shows, a popular speaker at events across the country, and taught numerous workshops on ``Confrontational Politics.'' He also formerly co-hosted Sacramento's Just Guns radio show.

In addition to his work with the Gun Owners of California, Sam was appointed by Governors George Deukmejian and Pete Wilson to serve in the Trade and Commerce Agency, where he worked in both administrations.

Born in Los Angeles to immigrant parents, Sam was the second of three children. He attended Pepperdine University on scholarship and graduated with a degree in political science, later pursuing studies at the Foundation for Economic Education in New York.

Sam was a certified firearms instructor, an avid outdoorsman, and a man who relished the beauty of God's creation--whether hunting, fishing, golfing, or traveling. He also served as a volunteer firefighter and on board of his local fire protection district in El Dorado County.

Above all, Sam was a man of deep faith. His love for Jesus Christ guided his life and shaped his mission. He leaves behind a legacy of faith and freedom, inspiring countless others to stand courageously in defense of liberty.

One thing Sam told me that I will never forget is: ``No matter how difficult it sometimes is for you, please remember that many of us stand behind you and count on you.'' Sam was a true freedom fighter. Sam was the proud father of three children, a devoted grandfather to eight, and the loving husband of his wife, Laurie. Sam made his home with his family in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada, where his presence will be dearly missed but his impact will never fade.

Mr. Speaker, I ask my colleagues to join me in honoring the life of Sam Paredes and extending heartfelt condolences to his family and friends.

Mr. Speaker, today I rise to recognize Reynolds Farm Equipment of Indiana as it celebrates 70 years of service to Hoosier agriculture. For seven decades, the Reynolds family has supported Indiana farmers--advancing technology, strengthening rural communities, and helping sustain one of our state's most vital industries.

Since 1955, Reynolds has provided dependable machinery, service, and innovation. By 1959, they had already grown into the largest John Deere dealer in Indiana, later expanding into lawn and garden equipment and earning Farm Equipment Magazine's 2018 North American Dealer of the Year award. Founded by A.W. ``Mac'' and Arline Reynolds in Fishers, the business has grown from a family dealership into a respected multi- location operation.

Gary Reynolds, who joined in 1969, helped guide that growth and was inducted last year into the Indiana Historical Society. The company has also supported Conner Prairie and other living history organizations, ensuring Indiana's agricultural heritage is preserved and shared.

Today, Reynolds Farm Equipment remains a leading John Deere dealer while maintaining strong family values and a commitment to community philanthropy. Their work continues to strengthen Indiana agriculture now and for the future.

I ask my colleagues to join me in congratulating Reynolds Farm Equipment and the Reynolds family on 70 years of excellence.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor the life of Mr. Robert ``Bob'' Parker Solomon, who passed away on November 26, 2024, at his home in Carmel, Indiana, at the age of 65. Born on December 22, 1958, in Albany, New York, to the late Congressman Gerald B.H. Solomon and Freda Parker Solomon, Bob excelled academically and athletically at Glens Falls High School, becoming a standout football player and Hall of Fame wrestler.

A lifelong sports enthusiast, Bob loved skiing, windsurfing, sailing, and cheering for his beloved Pittsburgh Steelers. He earned an Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Massachusetts- Amherst and an MBA from Western New England University. Bob began his career at Northeast Utilities in Springfield, Massachusetts, where he worked for 14 years, before joining friends on a virtual reality video game project. He later moved to Indiana, starting a 23-year career at Hoosier Energy, rising to Compliance Manager of NERC and Power Markets.

Sailing was Bob's greatest passion. As a longtime member and Commodore of the Indianapolis Sailing Club, he competed in open-water races, including 29 consecutive FIGAWI races from Hyannis to Nantucket--winning the event and earning the inaugural Howard K. Penn Spirit Award. He also tackled the grueling 636-mile Newport Bermuda Race.

Deeply patriotic, Bob dedicated himself to supporting veterans. Through the Holidays for Heroes program, he hosted wounded veterans on his boats, proudly flying the American flag during races. He cofounded Operation Set Sail, helping veterans cope with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder. Each year, Bob also spearheaded the September 11 boat parade on Geist to honor our heroes and remind us of the ultimate price of freedom. My daughters and I were honored to join him--sailing alongside Bob in that meaningful tradition and enjoying his many fun sailing stories.

As we approach the first anniversary of his passing, we remember Bob's infectious smile, generous spirit, unwavering support for veterans, and zest for life. He left an indelible mark on everyone he met, and his legacy will continue to inspire all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to honor Dr. Michael Frank, an influential Professor and community leader in Anderson, Indiana. Since 2001, Dr. Frank has served the students at Anderson University in the Political Science department as Department Chair. Dr. Frank earned his B.A. in International Relations from Northern Illinois University, as well as his Ph.D. in Political Science from The University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign. His studies greatly contributed to his expertise in Political Science education and lends to his research in political realignment, party history, and political inequality. Dr. Frank served as Chair of the Madison County Public Defender Board since 2009, where he ensures compliance with state guidelines for the county's public defenders and the Judicial System.

At Anderson University he teaches a variety of subjects like American Government, Research Methods, Political Parties and Behavior, and Constitutional Law. He also is the Pre-Law Advisor, preparing students for the law school admissions process, the LSAT, and the difficulty of law school. His students have gone on to work in government offices and on political campaigns in Washington D.C., for the Indiana Governor, and with Members of Congress. Dr. Frank serves as the Director of Anderson University's Center for Public Service. He helps prepare students for a life in public service careers to meet critical societal needs, and his leadership connects students to industry professionals, internships, and service opportunities.

On behalf of Indiana's 5th District, I thank Dr. Michael Frank for his incredible efforts as an educator to lead students on to success, as well as his contributions to Madison County through his work with public defenders. His passion has touched upon the lives of so many and will continue to do so in the future.
