Mr. Speaker, I rise today with a heavy heart to pay tribute to a courageous advocate, passionate man of faith and service, and devoted son, partner, and friend--Robert (Bobby) Edward Pietrangelo. We honor Bobby following his passing on January 3. 2025.

Born on December 14, 2001, in Abington, Pennsylvania, Bobby entered the world showcasing true strength and resilience. He spent the first five and a half weeks of his life in the neonatal unit, but he quickly grew to be the smart, funny, and compassionate person his family and friends cherished.

Bobby attended Upper Moreland schools and Pennridge High School, where he excelled in the honors and gifted programs, even taking college courses at Bucks County Community College while still in high school. His talents also shone through his musical ability. By playing the trombone and trumpet, competing in jazz competitions, and singing every song he knew. Bobby expressed his passion and creativity with infectious enthusiasm.

Beyond the classroom and his love for music. Bobby grew up serving his community. After years of dedication with Boy Scout Troop 354. he became an Eagle Scout--just one example of his passion for leadership and service. He also volunteered as a firefighter for the Silverdale and Perseverance Fire Company in Souderton, Pennsylvania.

Bobby continued his devoted service into his young adulthood. In April 2022, Bobby traveled to Ukraine to support humanitarian relief efforts. On this noble mission, he initially assisted in rescuing and recovering the injured and deceased from bombed civilian areas, including a maternity ward. Working with the Believe Family Foundation, he became a combat life-saver trainer to provide aid and deliver medical supplies to the front lines.

In June 2024, Bobby courageously enlisted in the Ukrainian military-- standing shoulder to shoulder with brave Ukrainian men and women to defend Ukraine. He was deployed to the front multiple times, even surviving a drone attack in October 2024, which left him with a severe concussion and brain injury. Despite this, Bobby returned to the fight as soon as he was medically able--once again showcasing his true determination and spirit.

In an effort to defend Pokrovsk from Russian invasion, Bobby gave his life to protecting the people of Ukraine. A true hero, he was a man who transformed his values into action--exhibiting resilience and valor in every chapter of his journey.

It is with profound respect that I honor Bobby's memory. I send my heartfelt condolences to all who had the privilege of knowing him.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today with a heavy heart and a deep sense of gratitude as I pay tribute to a true hometown hero, Carla Reynolds of Bristol Borough.

Carla was more than an advocate. She was a force of nature, a woman of uncommon compassion, relentless purpose, and a rare gift for bringing people together.

Through her signature event, Unity Day, Carla united law enforcement and neighbors, children and elders, in a shared celebration of kindness, community, and respect. She believed that our greatest strength lies in our ability to stand together, and she proved that year after year, day after day.

Through her Boots on the Ground Foundation, Carla offered not just food and essentials to those in need, but her time, her energy, and her heart. She gave selflessly, always showing up for those in crisis, always finding a way to help, and never asking for a thing in return for herself.

She also championed young people, creating initiatives to spotlight Bucks County youth who excelled in academics, service, and sports because, as she would say, our kids need to know that we see them.

Mr. Speaker, over the many years I had the privilege to work alongside Carla, I came to not only know her mission but her soul.

May God bless Carla Reynolds, and may we each do our part to honor her by continuing the work she believed in so deeply.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Anna Dalesio Fretz, a remarkable constituent from my district who just celebrated her 100th birthday. Anna was born on July 11, 1925, in her home in Lansdale, Pennsylvania, to Antonio and Rose Dalesio.

Anna met Arthur (Art) Fretz at the Rainco Factory, Lansdale, when she was 17 years old. They were married on March 6, 1943. Art joined the U.S. Air Force and served as an airplane mechanic during World War II.

After Art's discharge in 1950 from the Air Force, they settled at their home on Spur Road in Souderton, Bucks County, where they raised their two children, Annamae and Arthur Jr. (Artie). Anna also helped raise her two grandchildren, Tom and Lisa Fretz, while Artie served two tours for the U.S. Army in the Vietnam War.

Anna was an excellent host to her family and friends until her move to Hidden Meadows on the Ridge, Sellersville, Bucks County in January 2024. She is well known for her Italian cooking, Sunday spaghetti dinners, savvy pinochle and Rummikub skills and incredible sense of humor. Anna sang in her church choir and ran the shut-in ministry for many years at Faith Baptist of Sellersville. She continues to live a full life surrounded by her 7 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.

Mr. Speaker, I ask my esteemed colleagues in the U.S. House of Representatives to please join me in extending our heartfelt congratulations, sincere well-wishes, and all of God's Blessings to Anna Dalesio Fretz on the celebration of her 100th birthday.

Mr. Speaker, it is with a heavy heart that I rise today to pay tribute to Ms. Carla Reynolds Fogelman, affectionately known to all as Carla. Carla was born on December 17, 1961, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and was a dedicated advocate, passionate public servant, and beloved family member. With profound sadness, we honor Carla following her passing on July 8, 2025.

Carla made it her mission to be an agent of positive change wherever she could, and she had excelled remarkably in that endeavor. Carla was an unwavering advocate, activist, event organizer, humanitarian, and beacon of hope for all in our community, especially for those facing adversity. Through the Boots on the Ground Foundation, which she founded in 2021 alongside Danyelle Eckert, Carla worked relentlessly to provide vital resources and support to anyone in need. Whether collecting food, toiletries, and other necessities, distributing holiday meals and gifts, assisting seniors, providing financial and peer-based recovery support, or organizing community and family-driven events, Carla had created an organization that served as a vital lifeline and incredible resource for individuals and families in our community in need of assistance. Carla is also responsible for spearheading Bristol Borough's annual Unity Day celebration.

It is through the work of people like Carla Reynolds that our communities thrive, and our Nation grow stronger. Her service, given without expectation of recognition, stood as a testament to the belief that one individual's dedication can positively ripple through the lives of many, sparking change, fostering resilience, and inspiring hope. We remember Carla not just for her remarkable deeds but for who she is, a true hero in every sense of the word.

In addition to her professional and community involvement, Carla had a vibrant array of interests. She had an eye for beauty and a flair for the dramatic, which she expressed through her enjoyment of modeling and fashion. Her adventurous spirit led her to travel and explore the world, yet she found equal joy in the simple pleasure of shopping or spending quality time with loved ones.

Above all, Carla is cherished by her family. She is survived by her loving daughter, Tamara Monroe (Shon), and her beloved grandchildren, Naya, Matthew, Shawn Thomas, Patricia, and Camille. Her memory will also be treasured by her siblings, Ronald Reynolds (Shiela) and Dawn Reynolds King (Anthony), and her nephews, Tyler, Brooklyn, and RJ, who will all miss her deeply. Carla's legacy is characterized by her loving nature, her kindness, and her friendly demeanor. She had the rare ability to make everyone feel like family, and her presence was a source of joy and comfort to those who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mr. Speaker, as we say farewell to Carla Reynolds Fogelman, we celebrate a life beautifully lived and deeply loved. Her spirit will continue to inspire all who knew her, and her contributions to the world will be long remembered. As a woman who served her community and loved her family, it is with deep respect that I honor her memory today. I send my heartfelt condolences to all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today with a heavy heart to honor the life of a dear friend and a giant in the fight for America's workers: Jeff Soth.

Jeff wasn't just a leader in labor, he was a force. As the Legislative and Political Director of the International Union of Operating Engineers, he stood at the helm of one of the most skilled and essential workforces in the world. From power plants and pipelines to roads, bridges, and cranes, the men and women Jeff represented built this country, and he fought for them with everything he had.

Jeff believed, as I do, that labor isn't a special interest, it is the American interest. He understood a fundamental truth: when labor leads, America leads. And because of Jeff, more workers gained access to world-class training. More families found stability, opportunity, and dignity. And more communities saw positive progress and growth.

Over the course of many years working alongside Jeff in our shared mission to champion America's working families, we built a friendship grounded in mutual respect and a deep sense of purpose. We began as partners in the fight, but I stand here today, honored to have called him a dear friend. Jeff was steadfast, sincere, and one of the most loyal people I have ever known. His laughter could lift a room. His word was gold, and his moral compass never wavered.

From serving as mayor of his hometown in Snohomish, Washington, to becoming one of the most respected labor voices in the country--Jeff's prolific career was a testament to what public service should be: selfless, principled, and tireless.

To his family, friends, colleagues, and his IUOE brothers and sisters--I offer my deepest condolences. No words can fill the void he leaves behind. But his legacy lives on in every worker who finds a path, in every project that lifts a community, and in every fight for fairness still ahead.

May God bless Jeff, may He comfort all who mourn him, and may we continue the work Jeff loved, with honor, conviction, and heart.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to extend my heartfelt congratulations to Gene and Marlene Epstein as they celebrate their 65th wedding anniversary. This remarkable milestone honors 65 years of steadfast love and enduring partnership. It is my privilege to commemorate their everlasting bond on this special day.

Gene and Marlene are high school sweethearts who once lived just three blocks apart in Philadelphia. In celebration of Gene's success in car sales, the couple often ate at The Hot Shot Diner, and soon thereafter, they got engaged on the Atlantic City boardwalk. They married in 1960 and went on to raise two children, Ellen and Robert.

What truly sets their story apart is that their relationship extends beyond their deep love for one another. As philanthropists and co- directors of the Gene & Marlene Epstein Humanitarian Fund, the couple has devoted themselves to serving others and caring for the people in our community.

To exemplify this, when asked by a local Newtown newspaper about a personal goal, Gene answered, ``I want to do the best I can to make things better for everyone I can.''

His statement perfectly summarizes their 65 years of partnership: one filled with commitment not only to each other but also to the betterment of the entire community. Gene and Marlene's selfless dedication has marked countless lives, making their 65 years together a powerful expression of love in action.

United in their mission to care for others, the Epsteins have funded scholarships at Bucks County Community College for Lower Bucks students; handed out $100 bills during the COVID-19 pandemic to those in need; and established Wheelz2Work, a program that donates vehicles to low-income families.

Their philanthropic reach extends beyond Bucks County. The Epsteins have supported a Los Angeles food bank, an organ transplant program in Pittsburgh, and emergency services for drug overdoses in Philadelphia.

Ultimately, Gene and Marlene's relationship is one defined by love and service. Their 65 years together have made our community stronger, healthier, and happier. I am in awe of Gene and Marlene's endless love and giving spirits. It is an absolute honor to celebrate their 65th anniversary today. I thank them for all they have done, and continue to do, for our community.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an outstanding constituent from my district, Mr. Alan Bleam. This year, Alan celebrates his 40th year with Plumstead Township. It is my distinct honor to commend him for four decades of resolute service to our community.

A lifelong resident of Plumstead Township, Alan truly embodies the spirit of Plumsteadville. From attending Gayman Elementary to Middle Bucks Area Vocational Technical School, serving as a Junior Firefighter, and achieving the rank of Eagle Scout, Alan has always demonstrated a deep commitment to public service.

In 1982, Alan became an Active Member of the Plumsteadville Volunteer Fire Company. Just three years later, he took on leadership roles both as Recording Secretary and First Lieutenant. Over the years, Alan's service with the fire company was marked by a deep sense of duty--a reflection of his strong desire to serve and protect the community he's always called home.

In 1994, Alan assumed the role of Roadmaster for Plumstead Township, eventually rising to become the Director of Public Works--a position he holds with great pride to this day. His efforts have been integral in improving the township's infrastructure and ensuring the high standard of living that residents have long depended on. In recognition

of his contributions, he was named the Plumstead Township Employee of the Year in 1998.

Yet, Alan's impact reaches far beyond his professional endeavors. He is a man rooted in community--his circle of friends from square dancing, church, the fire company, scouting, and his own neighborhood speak volumes about his caring character and connection to others. He unites the people of this community and strengthens the bonds that make living in close-knit towns so special.

In 1991, Alan married his true love, the late Desiree Bleam. Together they shared 32 years of love, laughter, and devotion. Alan stood by her side through her 13-year battle with Scleroderma, providing unwavering support and care, in both his personal and professional endeavors, Alan was a committed man--committed to his family and community.

Today, I commemorate Alan Bleam for his 40 years of remarkable service for our community. His steadfast dedication to the betterment of Plumstead Township continues to inspire us all.

Mr. Speaker. I rise today to honor and recognize the life of Walt Hartnett, a devoted Army Veteran, tireless advocate, and passionate supporter of Veterans' rights. Walt's unwavering dedication to serving his fellow Veterans and his community left an indelible mark on all those who had the privilege of working with him.

Walt's military career spanned a total of 12 years, including 9 years of active duty and three years in the Army reserves. As an artillery crew member on active duty and a finance specialist during his time in the reserves, Walt's expertise and commitment to service were clear. He deployed to Afghanistan in 2010 to 2011 with the Army Reserves, where he served honorably before being medically discharged.

After leaving active service, Walt continued his commitment to helping fellow Veterans by becoming involved in Veteran organizations, including serving as the Commander of VFW Post 1074 in Conshohocken, Pennsylvania. Walt's leadership extended beyond his post as he also served as District Commander of VFW Pennsylvania District 16. His contributions to these organizations were rooted in his desire to support and uplift fellow Veterans and their families, constantly working to grow membership and expand community outreach.

In addition to his work in the VFW, Walt's passion for supporting Veterans continued in his role as a Veterans Affairs Caseworker for the United States House of Representatives. In this capacity, Walt worked tirelessly to assist Veterans and Servicemembers in navigating the complexities of federal benefits, healthcare, and other issues related to the Department of Veterans Affairs. His work as a caseworker included assisting with student nominations for military service academies and communicating vital information to local Veteran organizations.

Throughout his time in public service. Walt focused on leaving a positive impact wherever he went. His mission was always clear: to support his fellow Veterans, their families, and the communities that supported them. He dedicated himself to making each day better for his fellow Veterans, and his leadership, kindness, and dedication will not be forgotten.

Walt's loss is profound, and it is impossible to overstate the impact he had on the Veterans' community, his colleagues, and his family. A true champion for Veterans, his legacy will live on in the work he did and the countless lives he touched. Walt's commitment to serving his fellow Veterans, his courage in the face of adversity, and his deep love for his community will continue to inspire us all. His memory will forever remind us of the importance of honoring those who serve and making a lasting difference in the lives of others.

Ultimately, Jenya Rahazhynskaya's story serves as a shining example of how dedication and ambition lead to success. Through earning her cosmetology license and owning a successful small business, Jenya sets a powerful example for others in the beauty industry--especially through her professionalism, attention to detail, and passion for her craft. Her salon attracts clients from diverse backgrounds, notably the large Eastern European community in Bucks County. Through her ability to blend American and Eastern European techniques with ever-changing trends, her business serves as a true asset to the salon industry in the United States.

We are incredibly grateful for the impact Jenya Rahazhynskaya has had throughout her career and we happily celebrate the first anniversary of her salon. We wish for her continued success as she continues to serve and uplift our community.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today with deep pride and gratitude to recognize a truly remarkable individual from my district-- Chief Glenn Forsyth of Newtown Township in Bucks County, Pennsylvania.

This year, Chief Forsyth is celebrating an incredible milestone--50 years of continuous service with the Newtown Fire Association.

Let me repeat that: Five decades of commitment, sacrifice, and leadership in the name of public safety. Glenn's journey with the fire service began in 1975 as a junior firefighter. But really, you could say it started even earlier--his family has proudly served in the Newtown Fire Association since 1915. Service is in his blood.

Over the years, Glenn has worn many hats--President, Trustee, Battalion Chief, Safety Officer. At every level, he's brought steady leadership, tireless work ethic, and a deep love for this community.

But Chief Forsyth's public service didn't stop at the firehouse. In 1984, he joined the Newtown Township Police Department, where he served for 28 years, ultimately retiring as a respected Police Lieutenant. That experience made him uniquely qualified to lead when Newtown created its first full-time, paid fire chief position in 2012.

And who better to take on that role than Glenn Forsyth?

Since then, he has guided the department through growth, modernization, and challenges--building a unified team of career and volunteer firefighters, all committed to protecting the people of Newtown.

Chief Forsyth has given his entire adult life to the safety and well- being of this township. His name is respected, his leader ship is trusted, and his example is one we should all strive to follow.

On behalf of a grateful community, I want to thank Chief Glenn Forsyth for 50 years of extraordinary service. May his legacy of courage and commitment inspire the next generation of firefighters and public servants for many years to come.

RECOGNIZING REMARKS BY UNITED STATES ARMY COLONEL JEFFERY R. McGEARY ON

Mr. Speaker, it is with profound respect and admiration that I rise today to recognize the extraordinary efforts of the students from Tohickon Middle School, part of the Central Bucks School District, in Bucks County Pennsylvania, who have demonstrated exceptional civic commitment through their participation in the Central Bucks Veterans Recognition Project, the Library of Congress Veterans History Project, and the United States Navy Memorial Student Interview Program.

These students embody the very best of American youth--curious, compassionate, and committed to preserving the legacy of those who have selflessly served our Nation. Through countless hours spent interviewing and documenting the personal histories of our Veterans, they have become stewards of memory, ensuring that the voices of our heroes are not lost to time but instead honored and heard by future generations.

For over a decade, students from Tohickon Middle School, Lenape Middle School, Central Bucks High School East, and Central Bucks High School West have gone above and beyond the classroom. After school hours, they have dedicated themselves to capturing the lived experiences of local Veterans--contributions that now form part of a national archive of living history. These stories, rich with courage, sacrifice, and resilience, serve not only as a tribute to those who served but also as a powerful educational resource for all Americans.

Today, I especially commend the Tohickon Middle School History Corps, led with vision and dedication by Dr. Fash, Mrs. Fox, Mrs. Girardi, Mr. Neely, Mr. Smith, and Mr. Pakstis. Under their guidance, students have conducted interviews with Veterans from every branch of the Armed Forces, spanning from World War II to the present day. Many of these Veterans had never before shared their stories on record. By capturing these memories, the students have created an irreplaceable bridge between generations--one that deepens our collective understanding of service, sacrifice, and patriotism.

One particularly moving example of their work took place during the reunion of over 100 Veterans from the USS New Jersey, the most decorated battleship in U.S. Navy history Invited to document this historic gathering, the students traveled to the ship to interview its clew members--many of whom were returning to their vessel for the first time in decades. From September through May, the students meticulously crafted short documentaries that not only chronicled the Veterans' experiences but also honored their enduring legacy.

These documentaries were presented on May 22, 2025, at the United States Navy Memorial in Washington, D.C., before an audience that included USS New Jersey Veterans, retired military personnel, and leadership from both the Navy Memorial and the Library my of Congress Veterans History Project. This moment was not only a celebration of the Veterans' service but also a testament to the students' remarkable ability to preserve and elevate the stones that define our national character.

Mr. Speaker, the work of these students is more than an academic exercise--it is a profound act of remembrance and gratitude. Their efforts remind us that history is not merely written in textbooks but lives in the hearts and voices of those who lived it. I ask my colleagues to join me in commending these young historians for their dedication, their empathy, and their unwavering respect for those who have worn their uniform of the United States of America.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an exceptional constituent from my district--Lieutenant John Michniewicz of the Middletown Township Police Department--who is retiring after 35 years of dedicated service in law enforcement.

Lieutenant Michniewicz began his career in 1990, graduating from the Philadelphia Police Academy. Over the course of his distinguished career, he served in a wide range of roles, including Patrolman, K-9 Officer, Detective, Sergeant, and Lieutenant. He earned numerous awards and commendations for his exemplary service and unwavering commitment to public safety.

Among his many contributions, Lieutenant Michniewicz conducted numerous background investigations for police recruits. His diligence and attention to detail ensured that only the most qualified candidates were selected to serve the Middletown community--upholding the highest standards of integrity and professionalism.

He is also a graduate of several prestigious police leadership programs, including the Northwestern University School of Police Staff and Command, the Police Executive Research Forum's Senior Management Institute for Police, and the FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Program. For the past 15 years, he served as a member of the department's command staff, playing a pivotal role in inmplementing key initiatives that enhanced the department's responsiveness and strengthened community relations.

After a long and honorable career in law enforcement, Lieutenant Michniewicz now looks forward to a well-earned retirement, where he plans to spend time with his wife Diane and family, enjoy the beach, and travel.

Mr. Speaker, I extend my heartfelt congratulations to Lieutenant John Michniewicz on his retirement and thank him for 35 years of dedicated and distinguished service to the citizens of Bucks County and the Middleton Township Police Department.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize Camille Cintofanti, an outstanding constituent from my district who will celebrate a remarkable milestone--her 100th birthday--on May 31, 2025. Born on May 31, 1925, to Joseph and Concetta Tommillo, Camille was raised in a loving Italian household rooted in strong cultural traditions. Her parents immigrated from Bari, Italy, bringing with them the rich heritage, values, and customs that would shape Camille's upbringing and lifelong sense of family and community. Camille was the second born of four children, and from an early age, she embraced her role with warmth. responsibility, and love. Her life stands as a testament to enduring love, strength, and devotion.

On October 1, 1949, Camille married the love of her life, Joseph A. Cintofanti. A proud and decorated veteran, Joseph served in World War II, where he was awarded the Purple Heart and the Bronze Star Medal for his bravery and service to his country. Their marriage was filled with love, mutual respect, and shared values that built a strong and supportive home. Together, they raised two children: their son Joseph, Jr., who married Barbara Sibila, and their daughter Nancy, who married Gary Marchunsky. Camille has always been a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Her warmth and unwavering support have been the cornerstone of her family's strength and unity.

Camille's many passions brought joy to those around her. She found great pleasure in gardening, where she created beauty with her hands and found peace in nature. Her love of baking, inspired by her Italian roots, filled her home with the comforting aromas of fresh bread, cookies, and traditional family recipes. Camille also had a vibrant social spirit--she found a love for dancing and never missed an opportunity to get on the dance floor. Bingo was another favorite pastime, where she combined her sharp mind with her love for fun and community.

In addition to her deep dedication to her loved ones, Camille generously gave her time to the community. She was an active and beloved volunteer at both the Pennridge Senior Center in Perkasie and the Central Bucks Senior Center in Doylestown, where her compassion, energy, and cheerful spirit made a lasting impact. Her two granddaughters, Ashley and Alyssa, continue to be inspired by her example of kindness, strength, and resilience. As Camille turns 100, she is celebrated not only for her longevity, but for a life filled with joy, service, and unwavering devotion to family and community.

Mr. Speaker, I rise today to recognize an outstanding constituent from

my district, U.S. Army Chaplain (Lieutenant Colonel) John M. Diller who is retiring from Chaplain service to the Pennsylvania Army National Guard and the U.S. Army Reserve after over 21 years.

Chaplain Diller was born in Lancaster, Pennsylvania to a family with a rich history of ecclesiastical and military service. Chaplain Diller's lineage includes servicemembers involved in every major United States military campaign since his ancestors immigrated to America in the early 1900's.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Music Education from Lebanon Valley College, Annville, Pennsylvania in 1991, John taught music in elementary and middle schools and directed several choirs. After several career changes, John felt his calling to enter seminary and to join the Pennsylvania Army National Guard as a Chaplain following the September 11, 2001 attacks. He was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant, Chaplain Candidate on February 26, 2004, and began drilling with the 108th Field Artillery, 56th Brigade, in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. Chaplain Diller served with the 2nd Brigade Special Troops Battalion before being called back to the 56th Stryker Brigade for mobilization to Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2008 to 2009.

Chaplain Diller transferred to the Army Reserves in 2015, upon a family move to Orange Park, Florida. His first assignment was as a Brigade Chaplain with the 207th Regional Support Group out of Fort Jackson, South Carolina. Though he left the 207th because he was selected to serve as the Mission Support Element Chaplain for the 143rd Mission Support Element in Orlando, the 207th requested his return when the unit was marked for their first deployment since the start of the Global War of Terror. The 207th was the Base Operations Support element on Al Asad Air Base when it was attacked on January 8, 2020, by Iranian ballistic missiles. Chaplain Diller was the only Chaplain on the base, and the only Soldier Support element. For 5 days, Chaplain Diller drew upon his training in Traumatic Event Management and Critical Incident Stress Management to perform at least seven group debriefings/de- escalations following the attack. On the 5th, when multiple Behavioral Health and Chaplain teams finally arrived, the Behavioral Health lead Officer observed Chaplain Diller's program and instructed his teams to ``learn and perform that program.''

After, Chaplain Diller was selected as the Command Chaplain for the Deployment Support Command (DSC), in Birmingham, Alabama. He oversaw 56 Chaplains, Chaplain Candidates, and Religious Affairs Specialists in 16 states and 4 time zones.

Chaplain Diller has consistently received the highest praise and commendation from both his Branch Supervisors and his Unit Commanders. His dedication to the highest standards of the Army Values, and the principles of duty, honor, respect reflect well upon himself, the Army, and the Chaplain Corps. The residents in my district are blessed to have this Pennsylvanian grown citizen back home, and I congratulate him on his Army retirement and wish him, his family, and his congregation God-speed.
